Even after invoice paid, no internet

Hello,

 

I paid my invoice after a reminder but still my internet does not work on my mobile, When i check the O2 app it does not even show how much data I got left with. The customer service does not help in English. 

Can anyone give me some advice??

Thanks for your message. As @bs0 already indicated, it can take some 3-5 days until the transfer is booked in our systems. 

 

When exactly did you transfer the payment?

Did you indicate also your customer-number in the “Reason for transfer” (Verwendungszweck)?
