I am trying to add a data plan to my iPhone XS by adding an eSIM. I have found the page where I believe the eSIM details should be, but there isn't a QR code on this page. Further, the buttons to copy the "SM-DP + Adresse" don't do anything. I have tried this on both Safari and Chrome on OSX, and on Safari on iOS and none work. Using the O2 app isn't an option for me as my phone is registered to the UK app store (I am based in both Germany and the UK). Please see from the screenshot that no QR code is visible.

No, nobody helped me on this problem, despite repeatedly asking on Twitter for help (https://twitter.com/andrewmcdonough/status/1149635469061189633). In the end I fixed it myself. It seems the functionality to view the eSIM Profile online is no longer available, and I needed to request to receive the eSIM QR code by post. I don't believe I should have been able to get to that page at all, and that the FAQs were out of date. It would be appreciated if you would confirm that this was indeed an error on your website, and that it was incorrect for the customer services agent to advise me otherwise (https://twitter.com/o2de/status/1149360190921289728), so that other people finding this help topic don't experience the same problems. It does appear that the FAQs have at least now been updated to contain the correct advice.
