eSIM Prepaid M – no email link received and cannot activate

Hello,

I have just ordered an o2 Prepaid M plan with an eSIM. My payment went through successfully and I received the order confirmation email. However, I have not received the email with the link for the identity verification (Video-Ident) and I have no way to activate my card on the website.

Could an o2 moderator please help me and send me the activation/verification link via private message?
