You cannot delete the multicards because your contract status is canceled. This can only be done through customer service.
If you want to extend, you have to select a Boost tariff, where Connect is included and the multicards remain free.

where do you want to delete the eSIM profiles? in the o2 app or in the customer portal? But your contract status is not terminated?

In the customer portal.

i have cancelled my o2 contract which is ending on 11.07.2024.

i am looking for options now, for example if i extend the contract with o2 again, i will be charged 4.99€ per Esim profile. which i don't want and i don't know why i cant deactivate the esim by my self as the options is provided, all way shows i cant due to technical issue and try again later.

Thanks.

Hello @AceSury ,
welcome to our o2 Community 😀
Bumer has already written it.
We can delete the esim for you.
Please enter the last 3 digits of the SIM card number here.
We will also be happy to make you an offer for a contract extension.
Please tell us the tariff and/or mobile phone you want.
We will then send you an offer by e-mail. 🌸
Kind regard,
Solveig
