Hello, Someone has hacked into my O2 account, changed billing Address and other addresses, Also ordered an eSim and now the Sim Card in my phone is blocked and not working. I am not sure how to block that eSim and get my Sim Card working again. Please help!!!

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂 That is a shock that your account has been hacked and your SIM card swapped with an eSIM which is itself already blocked. I have informed our Cusomer Protection team.

Your SIM card got exchanges and deactivated. You can order an exchange SIM only or get one via one of our shops.
