Hey, I just remembered the digit, sorry for all of this. I still haven’t received any email to activate the Esim except this one this morning who says to scan the QR but I don’t see it

Sure but it’s been 7 days, lot more than the 48hours announced. Also what’s the point of proposing an Esim if you send the QR by mail and not by email. I could have choose the sim at this point

@vanes.wav It's very unfortunate that you haven't received your eSIM yet. Did you receive an email confirmation?

I finally received my SIM card (even though I requested an eSIM, so that already makes no sense). Anyway, to install it, the letter says I need to activate it via the link provided. I enter the link and now I have to input the SIM card number to activate it. When I confirm, this message appears:

So aktivieren Sie Ihre Ersatzkarte
In Ihrem Kundenbereich Mein O2 können Ersatz-SIM-Karten und Zusatzkarten zu bestehenden Verträgen aktiviert werden. Bitte loggen Sie sich hierzu ein.

So I click on the link, and after logging in I get this message:

Dienst nicht verfügbar
Dieser Dienst ist nur für Kunden mit Laufzeitvertrag verfügbar. Hier findest du unsere günstigen Verträge mit Laufzeit.

It’s been a month and a half since I started the process to get your service. o2 is a disgrace.

You must be logged in with contract assignment if you want to activate a replacement card.

Because the original SIM card didn't arrive, this is why a replacement was sent. Only customer service can activate the card. Please wait here for a representative.

I’m going to explain the problem once and for all. I ordered an eSIM from you for the first time. I received a confirmation email for my order that said I would get another email to activate this eSIM.

Four days later, I still hadn’t received anything, so I sent a message through your website. I was told that it should take about two weeks. Two weeks later, still nothing, so I called the service center. A lady told me she would resolve it immediately and send me a SIM card, which should arrive within three days.

did receive this SIM card, even though I had requested an eSIM — that’s already the first problem.

Anyway, to install it, the letter says I need to activate it via the link provided. I enter the link, and now I have to input the SIM card number to activate it. When I confirm, this message appears:

This situation has been going on for far too long. I expect this issue to be resolved soon. If it is not fixed quickly, I will have no choice but to cancel my contract, because I cannot continue like this.

You don't yet have access with contract assignment because you haven't yet registered with the phone number for My o2!
