Hello O2

I was trying to reach you over the phone but everything was in German. Is there any way I can contact you using English language? Is there any possibility to change the language of Mein O2 app to English?

 

Please help me.

    Hi @BSL FWZ,

     

    welcome to our community. English service is available from Monday to Friday 11 am to 3 pm. When you call please be silent if you are asked for your telephone number then you will get connected to one of my colleagues who will forward you to an english speaking agent. Unfortunately the Meino2 App can’t be changed to english. If we can assist you don’t hesitate to ask.
