Hello,

 

I ended my O2 moble L boost Flex contract, and the last billing period was for the month of May 2024. I recently received an e-mail regarding the final deduction. Unfortunately, I have closed my german bank account, so no money can be deducted. I am also not able to log into the My O2 app. Could you please let me know how I can pay the remaining amount? i.e., how can I change the IBAN for this final deduction?

Hello @comfortablydumb ,

you can change your bank account through your mein o2, or if this is only about a singular last payment, then you can also just transfer it directly. The bank details for that would be:
Hypo Vereinsbank AG
IBAN: DE 16 7002 0270 0005 7131 53
BIC: HYVEDEMMXXX

If you go for the transfer, then it’s important that you fill out the reference for the transfer with the Kundennummer that you can find on the first page of the bill.

I believe (and hope) this is my single last bill from O2. Since I am not able to log into My O2, I shall pay the required bill amount to the IBAN you have mentioned, of course with the reference attached. Thank you very much for the helpful details and the quick response!
