Early termination of my SIM card contract

I signed a SIM card contract with you on September 2, 2025.

Since I'm new to Germany, I wasn't aware that mobile phone contracts can't be terminated at any time. I would now like to terminate my contract immediately and request that you inform me of the procedure and provide confirmation of the contract termination date.

    If you signed the contract in a shop this will not be possible unless the shop agrees, but if it was online you can cancel within 14 days by sending an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de.

    First off, i’m happy that you were interested in a contract with us. In general, it is possible to get a contract from us that can be cancelled on a monthly basis.

    bs0 has already given you lots of helpful advice. How did you sign the contract and how long ago was that? You can cancel within the first 14 days after signing the contract, provided that the contract was not signed in a shop.
