early payment

Hello, by mistake I activated the earlier payment and i spoke to the service and they say nothing can do but they can make my pay in forth or 6 month but they didn’t gives me the way how can i do that

Yes that is correct. If the premature termination of the contract has been triggered, it can only be stopped within 14 days. Unfortunately, this is too late here, I'm sorry that we can't tell you anything else.

You can arrange installment payments with our colleagues in the dunning department, but that is is only possible via the customer service hotline.
