I just checked your data. Everything is fine. Your e-mail-address is already confirmed. 

 

There is nothing that you need to do at the moment.

welcome to our community. :slight_smile:

Did you try to confirm the email adress by using your community account? That won’t work because the link is connected to your contract which has to be registrated separately.  

So please log out here completely, delete the cache and the cookies and take the mobile number of your My Home contract to sign in.

I am having the same problem as my peers above. I can’t seem to be able to confirm my account despite trying to do that not here on the community page but on the normal login page. 

 

Could someone help me solve this?

What kind of contract are you trying to login for and have you already finished the registration of this contract to mein o2?

Thanks for the quick reply. So the problem may be due to the fact that

-I purchased a mobile phone contract 

-and am simultaneously waiting to take over a Home M Flex contract (from the owner of my flat).

 

When I purchased the mobile phone contract I registered with the same email address as for the takeover. Could that be the issue?

 

P.S.: I am not sure what you mean by ‘finishing the registration of this contract to mein o2’. I have managed to login with the password I registered when I purchased the mobile phone contract but I get the same error message as the people above: “Entschuldigung
Aufgrund technischer Probleme können Ihre Daten in Mein O2 derzeit nicht geladen werden...”

Same issue, I suspect because I created an account with my email before getting my phone, and when I got my phone I registered using the phone number, so now when I try to add my email as a login it tells me the email is already used in another account :/


Hello @fishal and welcome to our o2 community :-)

The same email address can be used in different accounts, as long as its meant as a way of communinaction. If you want to use your email address to login into the Mein o2 area it can be only used once. 

We have the possibility to entirely erase the account that uses your email address if it is not linked with any contract data so you can use it with your hardware contract, if you like, just drop us a note :-)

your community account will be deleted within short.

You can of course register again at any time, also with your contract login.
