E Coverage only Although The Map Shows There's LTE Available

I have a prepaid card with O2, and although both the network coverage check and the issue check show that there is 4G available in my area, I only get an E network coverage which doesn’t open network sites.

could you give us more information about your cellphone and the area (ZIP Code), in which your device can’t receive LTE?

Does the LTE-connection work in other places?
