Dual sim not activated


Hello,

On my Galaxy S20, the SIM card manager is not available, even though it's a dual sim model. I've read online that my provider might be able to help. However, in this case the phone doesn't come from you (it's a second help). Are you still able to help me?

the dual SIM function is only activated when you have inserted the second SIM.

There is no place for a second SIM. This model accepts one physical SIM card and one e-SIM card.

Do you already have a plastic Sim in there? Have you already downloaded an eSIM and installed it on your Samsung?

The problem is that I cannot install an eSIM, since the SIM manager option is not showing. Like described here:
