Dont need my ordered phone and sim card

Could you give us a little more context on this. Why do you no longer need these things and how did you try to revoke this contract?

​@Faizanrayli if its a new contract, cancel it via E-Mail: widerruf@cc.o2online.de within 14 days after ordering if the order was done by telephone or internet. 

You have to “widerrufen” the contract, not “kündigen”. Theres a big difference in the german law about that and you should widerrufen the mobile contract and the MyHandy contract - these are 2 several contracts

a very good explanation by Libertas and he gave our e-mail address where you can send your Widerruf with the order number. “Widerruf” means to revoke, which you can do within 14 days after ordering a mobile contract, but only when ordered online or via our hotline, not in a shop when face to face with us. The order of a mobile phone you can revoke 14 days after receiving it at your address. 

You can then return it via our return portal.
