Do you keep the same number when order a replacement Prepaid SIM?

My doubt maybe is obvious, but, I don’t see clearly stated in any place that you keep your number ordering a replacement SIM (Ersatz Sim-Karte) when it is order from Mein O2 for a Prepaid SIMCARD.

I lost the phone recently, I would like to get a replacement SIM that mantains the number (and the Guthaben).

The confussion is that in Spanish is more common use the expression to get a duplicate of the SIM.
