Hello,

I went to Switzerland in the beginning of the month and used data roaming. After that I got a message saying that roaming charges will be capped at 59,50 Euro. I did not deactivate cost protection and I still got charged 120 Euro! Please review this and refund the extra amount deducted.

Do you have a screenshot of the invoice without any personal information. And what is your tariff called?
