Discriminated against


O2 shop in Dülmen, I had a very bad service. There were three customers in a shop not wearing masks (right now it is not the law to wear one inside), when I walked in the woman working for O2 shouted across say “YOU MUST WEAR A MASK”, it was very embarrassing and I felt discriminated against considering nobody else had to wear one, maybe this is because I am not white or not German?. When I then asked her for help with my contract, she did not bother to log in or see what the problem was. She knew I was not German because I have been to the store before and spoken to her and she’s always been unhelpful, I have mentioned this to other people in Dülmen and she has a bad reputation yet O2 still employ her.

Hallo @JS-87 ,
I have an update for you relating to this “unpleasent shop Situation”.
First of all, thank you so much for reporting this “unpleasent incident” and sorry, that you had to go through this.
The shop manager as well as the “person involved” has been contacted.
Regardless of her statement, she has recived a warning and corresponding measures have been initiated for her to  undergo an antiracism training.
The message that this outrages behaviour is not tolarated, has beeen well recieved.
