Didn't receive sim card

Hi.

I ordered a sim card yesterday. When I was writing down the address, there was no place to enter my apartment number, which appears on the post box of the residence, as well. So, how can I add the apartment number to my address so that I can receive the sim card delivers? There are no names on the letter box and it is a Studentwohenheim.

Hello @MonicaMoreno,

welcome to our o2 Community 😊

For security reasons, a new SIM card can only be sent to the contact address we have on file. You can check it online in Mein o2.

If we don’t have your apartment number on file already, you would either have to change it (then shipping is only possible again after 14 days), or buy the new SIM card in one of our o2 shops.
