DHL sent my phone back!

DHL tracking shows that my phone was delivered but it was not delivered to me and the person requested the package be shipped back to the sender. I can’t speak German so I can’t call customer service. I received an email from O2 saying I cancelled my order but I did not.Here is my order info and shipment tracking info. Please help me ASAP!
