Hi ,



My device and service contract was expiring on 7th Sept and I started a new contract for Free L Online 30gb with Iphone XR 64 GB Black on 8 Aug.

I received confirmation for the price-plan and another email saying that I will be notified soon about the device order , However i was not notified in my Inbox, so i waited until the last payment for my previous phone was taken on 28 Aug and after I contacted your customer service Hotline through a friend as i don't speak good German . I find out that you sent me 2 emails and because i did not made the payment the Phone order expired and i cannot make another one unless I wait 3 more months .

I realized after that this must be a mistake and I checked all my folders and I saw 2 emails in my Spam folder which - nobody usually checks . However , i really wanted to get this phone together with my phone contract and I was not expecting this to happen .

I feel that this is nobody fault and I would need some support from you to open a new order for this device as previously made, I can make the payment at anytime .



Can you please help me with this ?
Please disregard my post for now, I will keep for now only my services contract .....
