Hi! How to know if I should just deregister from O2 or cancel a contract?

I purchased the O2 my Prepaid S-Karte.

    Do I still need to cancel something if my sim is just prepaid? On which occasion one must terminate a contract?

    Hello @Lowsy,

    welcome to our o2 community 🙂

    A prepaid card does not necessarily have to be canceled in writing, the card deactivates itself after a certain period of time if you cancel your options and no longer top up. If you cancel in writing, the card will be deactivated immediately.
