Deposit not credited to prepaid sim card


Hi! I transfered 30 euros from my Wise account to the O2 with all of the SMS details I received (IGAN, BIC and verwendungszweck) but the amount was not credited to the sim card. The bank confirmed that the value was deposited just a few seconds right after I made the transaction, but O2 never updated the amount with the extra 30 euros that I deposited.

I want to know how long should I keep waiting for that update do happen or if I should just request for a refund.

I have just checked for you. Your 30 euros are shown in your prepaid credit.
Please note: in Germany, bank transfers do not take place on weekends. The day of your transfer was a Saturday (23.04. when you wrote here). Accordingly, the transfer was made on 25.04., i.e. the following Monday.
