Deactivating of contract


Hallo,

 

I am Alpha Mary, and I am customer of o2 for past 4 years. Recently I have purchase a new iPhone through O2, and received the new sim. 

As a o2 customer for  years, I don’t understand why the o2 customer discounts have been deactivated for me suddenly. I have signed the contract with a different monthly payments, and sudden change in my contract is not acceptable. I want you to sort things out as soon as possible.

thank you for your contribution to us in the o2 community.
In order to understand everything a little better, it is helpful if you describe to us exactly what you have concluded (what is in your contract documents), how you have concluded it (shop, telephone, online) and then again in comparison - what is now active or what is missing?

I have a contract for iPhone monthly payment of 60 EUR with 17.50 EUR for O2 sim card starts from last month. However I have received an email that I have to pay 35 EUR now and O2 has send me a new contract. It doesn’t make sense to receive another contract after the purchase. 

@o2_Jessica Here is the deal I took, with down payment 185.99 EUR. So I had a contract to pay monthly 77.49 EUR.  

 

 

 

However, now I am asked to pay extra 17.50 EUR monthly. i.e., 95 EUR.

what do you mean by additional contract?
Was a partner contract concluded with you by mistake?
Again: through which channel did you sign the contract? When concluding a contract online or on the phone, you have a cancellation period of 14 days for the tariff. If anything is wrong then please revoke immediately!
