Halo, my name is Ulya, I am a student. I just arrive in Berlin on 27 september and I buy my simcard in O2. I did not know that the man giving me a simcard with postpaid payment and he gave me 2 cards which I did not ask. When I came he said that its cheaper, but I think its not true because O2 provides many cheaper packeges. On 3 november, the bill came to my house that it states it tooks 102€ for my first payment and I am very surprises, i did not know anything about preactivation payment. And the payment is very expensive that it tooks 25€ per month. Honestly as a student I cannot afford this. How am I suppose to deactivate my number? Thankyou for your support. I really want to deactivate my number and just change it to prepaid one. I am very confuse right now, it is too expensive for me.
