Hello! There seems to be an issue with my o2 prepaid.
I currently have active data packs, but my Guthaben is getting reduced. I lost around 20 € in my balance due to this issue. When my balance is depleted, I cannot use internet anymore. It seems o2 is currently ignoring my data packs. The issue also happens with my partner's prepaid o2 sim
Anyine have any idea why this is happening?
