Data has been spent in place where I have never been

I’ve found at my customer page that I’ve spent mobile data in world zone 3, but I’ve never visited countries from the list with my SIM card. Are there all countries listed for this zone in mobile application? How can I figure out in which country my data has been used?

Were you near a border with any of these countries?

Well, maybe, just maybe I was above during flight, but flight was ftom Frankfurt to Saint Petersburg in Russia, and there aren’t any mentioned countries on the way.

Hello @AsterotVellior,

the countries of world zone 3 are:

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Israel, Canada, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Puerto Rico, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, USA and Belarus.

Seems like you’ve used some data in Russia then.

Kind regards
Jessica :nerd:

It’s weird because I don’t see Russia in world zone 3, but world zone 4. However data has been used in WZ 3.

Dear @AsterotVellior ,

Russia belongs to worldzone 3 as @o2_Jessica mentioned. It seems to be a display bug. Is that the view in the Mein o2 app?

Kind regards,

Andrea

@AsterotVellior

Hi there, have fun in the city of the tsars, St.Petersburg. Please note that it can/will be expensive in Russia.

@o2_Andrea thanks for clarification and yes, it’s in iOS mein o2 app.

O2 sim card has been disabled for data, and only local SIM card has been enabled, but may be there was small amount of data has been transferred during flight before I switched sim cards.

Have a great week.
