Hello,

 

I recall talking to the hotline and being able to reach an employee to ask my question in the near past, cant seem to do that anymore. was something changed in the hotline? it seems that no matter the topic I choose I end up by an automated message and then the line hanging up on me.

Can I still reach an employee? I now have questions about my invoice, but I cant seem to find anyone to answer them! Where should I go to have some help?

there are no known changes to the hotline. Did you call from your contract number?
