credit no update

Hi,

I made a bank transfer to top-up my credit on prepaid. However, it is not updating the credit.

how long ago was that? Did you provide the correct intended use and bank details?

a day ago. My bank sent me a confirmation that it was sent to successfully.

just wait until tomorrow.
