You can only request internal phone number portability using this form if the prepaid card is already active.

So how do I submit this form. Online or by post? Also I can request for porting even after I cancel my existing contract right?

This also applies to a terminated contract, but it must not have been more than 90 days ago.

Hi, I just wanted to double check one thing before filling out the form. I can only fill out the form after I order the prepaid sim and activate it. And then in the form, in the space where is says ‘Rufnummer, die ersetzt wird (nach Tausch nicht mehr nutzbar)’, I have to give the number that I get when I get the sim card right? And in for ‘ Bisherige Rufnummer, die übertragen wird’, I have to give my old phone number which I would like to port, correct? Please confirm this and I will proceed with the form 👍
Yes, @celestina, that is absolutely correct, when you have activated your Prepaid SIM and have its phone number, you can fill in the form like you said and Bumer confirmed 🙂
The porting of your phone number will then take about 7 working days and you will receive the confirmation by SMS 🙂
