Good evening,

My name is Theo, after 4.5 years in Berlin I lost my job, went back to France.
I tried to cancel my contract, an email has been given to me : impressum@cc.o2online.de

I had a communication with the costumer service via this address, I have been asked to provide additional documents, and now that I have them, I get error messages and I can’t reach out to this email anymore.
Is this temporary? Is the email inactive? If so, is there a new one where I can send my documents?

All I want is to send my abmeldung and other proofs so I can FINALLY terminate this contract…..

Hi @Foolmo0n,

welcome to our community.

Sorry to hear, that you lost your job. :disappointed:

The easiest way to cancel your contract is via this written form. There’s also a list of the needed documents and where to send it.

If you have further questions you can ask us here. :relaxed:

Best regards,

Michi

Hello Michi,
Thank you for your answer and compassion.
The document you shared with me, I have it. I was talking to O² costumer service via email and I now get an error message when I try to reply with my document.
I would like to continue this conversation so I can provide the documents to the service I was talking to.
My question for you is, what is going with “impressum@cc.o2online.de” ? Is there an alternative email where I can send my documents?
Thank you

That email address is not für customer services. I am surprised you reached someone via that address before. You will need to send the documents to the address on the form, it is not possible by email.

Hi @Foolmo0n,

please use the fax number given on the cancellation form to submit the desired documents.

Attachments on impressum@cc.o2online.de  don’t work.

Greetings

A fax number?
Pardon me, I know you are trying your best with the tools you have, but…. How am I supposed to fax anything in 2021?
O2 is an international Mobile, Internet and Network company, and you ask people to send letters or to use a Fax?
It really feels like O2 is trying to make it as challenging as possible for people to leave a contract in such a difficult period.

I have an organ transplant, and therefore I am part of the group with the highest risk, I am supposed to avoid public places as much as possible. And you ask me to go to the post office or to fidn a fax….
Is there really not any other option? I am happy to pay the three months to terminate my contract, but please…. don’t make it even more difficult for people in difficult situations.

Hello @Foolmo0n,

as Michi said, the easiest way to send it to us is in  written form. So you can send it via letter to this adress.

I am sorry, that i have no other solution for you.

Kind regards, Ines.
