Contract Question

Hello!

I currently have a Free S Boost (2gb) contract which has now ended so I would like to upgrade for another 24 months.

In the Mein02 app I am offered Free M mit 20gb for 21.99. However, on the website for an existing o2 customer it states 14.99? The other prices are similarly cheaper for 40gb etc.

What explains the price difference? Also, can I go ahead and book the cheaper contract on the website and have my phone automatically upgraded?

thank you!

This offer (o2 Free M 14,99 Euro) is an additional contract to your existing one (Partnerkarte) . You would then have two contracts.
