contract problems


I have signed a contract for 62 euros a month for unlimited internet(31 euro after 50% off for first time consumers) in September 2023 in Wiesbaden in a shop. And in October it surprised me when I learned that my bill is 49,99 euros a month. I still haven’t received copy of my contract via email like the shop have told me and I contacted the O2 hotline repeatedly over the last 5 months but they keep telling me i should check it with the shop and when I go over to the shop they tell O2 have made a mistake and they’re trying to fix it and to keep waiting for an email. I’m tired of constantly having to the go to the shop and calling the hotline to no avail. Either O2 made a mistake or this shop have scammed me. I need help with this because I don’t want to take this to a lawyer and waist money and time on it but my hands are tied.

Ich habe im September 2023 in einem Geschäft in Wiesbaden einen Vertrag über 62 Euro im Monat für unbegrenztes Internet (31 Euro nach 50 % Rabatt für Erstkunden) unterschrieben. Im Oktober war ich überrascht, als ich erfuhr, dass meine Rechnung 49,99 Euro im Monat beträgt. Ich habe immer noch keine Kopie meines Vertrags per E-Mail erhalten, wie es mir im Geschäft zugesagt wurde. Ich habe die O2-Hotline in den letzten fünf Monaten wiederholt kontaktiert, aber sie sagen mir immer, ich solle dies mit dem Geschäft klären. Wenn ich dann ins Geschäft gehe, sagen sie, dass O2 einen Fehler gemacht hat und sie versuchen, ihn zu beheben, und ich solle auf eine E-Mail warten. Ich bin es leid, ständig ins Geschäft zu gehen und die Hotline anzurufen, ohne Erfolg. Entweder hat O2 einen Fehler gemacht oder dieses Geschäft hat mich betrogen. Ich brauche Hilfe, weil ich das nicht zu einem Anwalt bringen und Zeit und Geld verschwenden möchte, aber mir sind die Hände gebunden.

I closed this by mistake and to answer the reply, yes it say 49,99

I closed the post by mistake, to clarify more on the comment I got, it was supposed to be 62 euros per month (31 because of the 50% first costumer discount) but it shows 99,99 a month (49,99 because of the 50% first costumer’s discount) and my contract is for 2 years started on September 2023.

I still go to the shop when I have time, and the last couple of time I went there they said that O2 made a mistake and they already talked to them and waiting for an email from O2, this was over a month ago. As for the contract I didn’t get a copy, I asked the shop for one they said O2 should have sent me it via email and when I asked the employees on the hotline they said the Shop should have given it to me via email.

I have looked at your case. On 23/09/2023 you ordered the o2 Mobile Unlimited Max for €99.99 with an exclusive discount of €50 and everything looks correct. Here is the product sheet where the tariff is listed without discounts. 

If you signed anything else in the shop, please send us a copy and describe in writing exactly what you were offered in the shop:

The shop told me it’s 31 euro a month for unlimited internet, and they said I’ll receive a copy of the contract via email but I didn’t receive anything

What a shame, I was hoping you would have written evidence. Without it I am afraid nothing can be done and that it is an oversight. Everything looks fine to me. Nevertheless, you can try to complain, although I have to be honest with you that it is unlikely to be successful.
