Contract Extension with Tariff Change not working

Hi, I would like to change my tariff to O2 Free M 20 GB for € 14.99 but if I go to ‘contract extension’ the link is always reporting to be broken. What would be the quickest way to do a tariff change?

I welcome you again in our English Community. 

I guess that I come some hours too late. :blush: You already prolonged your mobile phone contract. That´s fine. I hope you found a nice offer.

The tariff-change will take place within the next 48 hours.

Please check, that's the Free M 20GB 14,99€ it's not a (new) 2nd contract (Partnerkarte) . That's a 50% "Kombivorteil"  for a 2nd contract.
