My Mobile phone contract end on December 2024. So should I wrote to O2 about the ending of my contract if yes then where to write them.Or it automatically ends.

You can cancel it immediately via Kündigung
Then it expires in June 2024.
The hardware contract with the monthly installments runs until December 2024 and ends automatically.

I also call to the service center that about how many month in advance I have to wrote for the termination of contract. he told me it automatically ends when the money is recovered. But for sim card I have to apply separately I am just confused about it.
+9Yes, the phone has to be paid for in full and there is no need to terminate that contract as it automatically ends when the final instalment has been paid. Your mobile subscription (the SIM card) has to be terminated at least one month before the end of the minimum term.
