Good morning,

i am moving abroad in the end of February and i would like to prematurely cancel my two contracts as per http://bit.ly/o2_cancellation giving a notice from my employer.

My question is:

besides the 3month penalty, do i have to return the Handy and Tablet that were included in my contract, or will i have to pay part of their price? If yes, how is it approximately calculated?

Notes:

  1. My contracts were done via Sparhandy.de
  2. My contract is expiring on 21.07.2020

Did you pay for the mobile and tablet in full when you concluded the contract with Sparhandy? Or are you paying for them monthly? If you are paying monthly you will need to continue paying for them until all instalments have been paid or you can choose to pay off the balance in one lump sum.
