Dear all,
I am a student in France.
I was in Munich, Germany for 4 months for my internship. I went to a O2 shop and told them I need a sim card for 4 months. In order to get one I had to sign some documents in German because they said they can not provide the documents in english... I don ‘t speak German. I just said I needed something cheap for 4 months then believed what ever they proposed to me (because they work in o2).
As I was leaving Germany after 4 months, I went back to that shop and I was told I had a 2 years plan not a 4 months plan. Obviously I was misguided. As I was moving out of Germany permanently, I got my de-registration paper. I sent my mail; my proof of de-registration, passport and other necessary documents needed in order to terminate my contract.
Now O2 still charges me monthly for the simcard I am not using, I am in France not in Germany since 1 november 2022. Please help me kindly to finish this issue your salesperson brought me. I am a student and 20 euros is a big burden for me while not even using the line. Please terminate this contract right away and also refund my montly charges since 1 november.
Thank you
Regards
