contract cancellation

Hello,

Yesterday I have sent documents about canceling my contract and today I got an e mail ‘We will of course comply with your request and have cancelled your Prescanned SIM Dummy (UDP) order with the order number ….’ Where can I check whether it is canceled or not?

the ID and the date of the order should set it straight:

I can confirm the cancellation of the contract, which was ordered on the 09th of December, 2022 😊
