I currently have a phone contract with O2 from february 2019 and the 24 month contract finishes in February 2021 after which i would like to discontinue the same.

What is the process for the same or can i talk to someone who speaks english ?

Are you no longer satisfied with your tarif or your monthly charges? If you are interested, we can offer you new conditions for a contract extention. Just let us know.
