I Lodged a contract cancellation on 27/4/2020 from the 02 portal. But have lost the contact number to call. Is this just the normal call center? Are there agents available to help complete this process in english ?

If you lost the number, you can call our regular hotline and my colleagues will transfer you.

The priority notice is valid for 10 days. In case you didn’t make a call so far, you have to cancel again.
