I am sending this in English because I do not speak German.
Unfortunately, because of the current situation with COVID-19 I had to leave Germany on February. However, I decided to go to the UK, but then the pandemic took place and I was forced to move back to my country, Greece.
As a result, I am not using the contract number as you will be able to notice since then.
I know I should have informed you earlier, but there were other issues I had to take into consideration as the pandemic has affected me like everyone else globally. So, I would like to cancel the contract and make a monthly settlement for the money I owe in total and pay it off gradually.
I have filled out the form needed, I have the unregistration document from Germany and the tickets that I took to come back to Greece from the UK ( London - Brussels - Athens ).
Are these files enough for the cancelation? Do you have an email I can send them as I do not leave in Germany any more?
