I’d like to cancel the contract for both Postpaid and internet service since there’s no signal at my new apartment. How can I do that ?

Are you still within the two-week recall period? Then you can cancel your contracts. 

If this is not the case, you may have to adhere to the notice periods. Please refer to your contract documents. 

If you have any technical problems, we will be happy to help :) 

For mobile: Please tell us which tariff you have and where the problems apply?

I have this problem for almost a month now. I kept on checking the live connection status. But no change at all. Because of the network problem, I still haven’t moved into my new apartment

you can also report a fault yourself in the Live-Check.

You can only cancel a tariff with a fixed term after the contract term has expired. You can cancel using the cancellation button at the bottom right of our website.
