Cheating people who don't speak German well enough

A family package with one phone was purchased.  After that we had one call from the operator, which we listened to out of respect and refused the additional family number offered to us.  Because we are a two-member family.  After that, our bill was increased by two more phone numbers, which we refused (YES, WE UNDERSTAND SO MUCH GERMAN O2) and we also never received those numbers. The contract also, because you told us that it was allegedly sent by email and that after 14 days it is considered accepted.  We didn't find that e-mail either (Inbox, Spam).  Since then, they haven't called us anymore because our bill has doubled.  I guess they thought they took enough money from us.  Imagine that they take double the money from your contract for two years ... After the contract was canceled, they started calling, we don't answer, of course, so that they wouldn't stick something on us ... but they will get bad reviews from us.  All the people I hang out with, especially foreigners who come with a poor knowledge of German ... Yes I am in a lot groups on fb so I will post it there...

Nobody really cares what you post on Facebook but if you definitely did not receive the contract information from o2 by email then you legally still had the right to cancel it up to 12 months and two weeks. Did you send in an objection to the contract in writing or just speak to customer services?

I tried to explain in writing, because I thought it was a misunderstanding. But they didn't advertise until I sent contract terminations for everything they put on me. Then they responded with an e-mail in the sense that nothing could be done about it. I pay for legal protection so I planned to sue them. They use lies, deceptions ... calls are recorded, regardless of the not very perfect knowledge of the German language, it can be heard that at no time did we accept the services they put us to pay ... It is very low .. .

I am another customer who has been misled.  I have a prepaid plan, that I originally thought included a flat rate.  It does not. Yet I still have a screenshot of my original offer, and it says flat.  I tried to contact the English speaking hotline, the man said I had to call the prepaid hotline,  Guess what?  It’s only in German!
