Hi

I have tried to cal, but it takes just too long , and I think I have to solve my problem as soon as possible.

I may say that your chat is with error message since 2 days.

And I need someone to help me in english if I have to talk by telephone. By message is ok in german.

I am just writing here because, really I could not spend time anymore trying to communicate with this company .

My problems are about my “Bestellungen”, my contract and return of a product which has a problem .

Thanks in advance , I hope I can be faster seen here.

I saw you already got the package with your phone back. There should be a written letter in it which contains the reason why the phone has been sent back.

If you have further questions just let us know.

You need to explain in more detail what your issue is. What product, why sent back, why being returned to you?

Dear,

I am sorry but you took too long to answer , they are returning the iPhone because they do not think there is a problem . If you will send me a new one ok Iris helpful  if not the only help you can give me is to track this Auftragnummer- xxxxxxxxx as I can’t see where is the product . I did not received yet the iPhone back .

I know it os not your fault but I have to use a channel to give the negative feedback about O2 Customers Service.
