I’m confused with changing of the mobile contract. Currently, I have two contracts going since May 2023. Long story short, the salesman sold me two sim-cards with M and S boost promising that it would cost 23 euro monthly yet it ended up 35, and I would gladly cancel one of these since I essentially was deceived but that’s another topic.
Today I decided to get an M boost contract with the new phone and some accessory instead of current contract. While ordering, I’ve also specifically listed that I’m already O2 customer. I chose to transfer the phone number from my current M boost sim-card and my intuition was that it would simply “extend” the current contract into more expensive one, but I’ve actually ended up having three (!) active contracts in Mein O2, and that certainly won’t fit my budget.
The question is what should I do, if I want to have the new M boost contract with phone and accessory and not three different contracts, two of which are identical.
