change the contract owner

It's only for mobile or DSL contract. it's not possible to change a myHandy contract.

I would like to change my tarife and include handy in it. I made a new contract and it is 30e monthly. I saw it is cheaper when you are new to o2, they offer a tarife and the handy in it for the same price as the price of my contract. I want to include handy in my tarife is that possible??

I regret, no, if you possess an o2 My Handy-contract the ownership of the contract cannot be transferred to another person. 

You only have the possibility to change the owner of your mobile tariffs. 

But if you wish, you can pay-off your o2 My Handy-contract prematurely. This is explained here: My Handy Premature Payment / Contract Termination 

o2 offers only tariffs and o2 my Handy-contracts in seperate contracts. It is only possible to receive a hardware-discount on your tariff.
