change the contract internet for my simcard

Hello

i have an internet contract unlimited  for 3 months and I have to pay every month 50€, so it’s a little expensive and i wand to change my contract to lower price.

is it possible to change or not? Can you help me tnx.

a tariff change is currently not possible, I’m afraid. The only tariff available is the one you already have, so there would be no benefit in changing now. The first opportunity for a bigger tariff change should be given after the first 12 months. We’d be happy to check the available offers for you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us again 🤗
