change start date of prepaid tariff


Hello,

I have the telephony pack L but it does not start until middle of the month, last month or before I accidentally also added an additional data pack as I didn’t understand what was going on! can you please help me bring the start of the general telephony tariff back to today for example if I put enough credit in the account, so have it start 01.03 instead of 12.03?

Hi!
The current prepaid options have a term of 4 weeks (28 days) and no monthly. Therefore, the start of a pack will always be postponed.
Only you could control the start and end of an option yourself.
A subsequent postponement of an option is not possible and would not make any sense (see above)

If you have booked an option in error, you can revoke it within 14 days if it has not been used. For example via the o2 prepaid customer chat: www.o2.de/chat

Hi, but from now I don’t have anything active - it’s showing it will renew mid month but right now isn’t active as my credit in February was used on the second data option that I had activated .. so right now I have no option for calling / texting and the other data pack expires today. Is there no way to now bring forward the L pack that is currently not active? If I cancel it and start it again, would that work for example? 

Does the L option ( you mean o2 my Prepaid L?) say something like “Verlängerung, wartet auf Aufladung? (Extension, waiting for charge?)
You have the following options with prepaid: An option can be terminated immediately or at the end of the term.
If an option could not be automatically renewed, for example because the credit was not sufficient, then the option waits for some time so that sufficient credit is recharged and the option is automatically renewed.

If it is exactly as I have described, then you can end the L option immediately, top up your credit and order the L option again starting today.

Something you have to keep in mind: If you booked the option for a promotion (e.g. double data volume), you will lose the promotion and only get the normal data volume.

@Mhm5, I’ve seen that the o2 my Prepaid L is active since 01.03.2023. Can you confirm this here? I hope that everything is currently to your satisfaction. 🍀
