Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is currently not possible to order a change of contract owner. We will make this option available again as soon as possible.

All discounts expire if there is a change of contract owner. As part of a contract extension, new discounts can then be acquired.

just to clarify this briefly in advance: currently no contract holder changes are possible. And we cannot give any information at the moment when the change will be possible again. So in general, you'll have to be patient a little longer.
But now to your other question: I can confirm that currently the combination discount would be retained if you changed as you stated. Since person 2 also has a contract that serves as the initial tariff for the combination discount on the second contract.

Person 1: o2 Free S + O2 my Data Spot Unlimited Online with 50% combination discount
Person 2: o2 Free M

Important: However, if the change of holder is carried out in the future, the combination discount will be lost as soon as person 2's o2 Free M is no longer available.
