What do you mean “I-Phone mobile contract”? You want to buy an I-Phone?

Then you can do that at any time as this is a separate contract. It will not affect your existing contracts.

At present, I have unlimited Net sim contract for which I am paying €45 per month, but I want to convert it to " Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max mit Tarif O2 Free M Partnerkarte mit 20 GB" for which I am ready to pay €70 per month. Please check and confirm if this is possible, I will proceed further.

Meanwhile, please check if your e-mail-address at “Mein o2” is correct, as we will send you an offer by e-mail. 

Please let us know also the colour of your iPhone 12 Pro Max. 

If you do not like to wait so long, you have also the possibility to check your extention-offers online.
