I would like to move to the new O2 Free Unlimited Mx fur Experten (24 months contract) but I dont have the option through the app neither the website.
What I should do?

Did you already check if you can prolong your contract online under the point "Vertrag verlängern” ? I am sure that you will find already there an interesting offer for you.
